工程項目管理是公司受業(yè)主的委托,作為業(yè)主代表對工程建設(shè)進(jìn)行專業(yè)化的管理服務(wù),根據(jù)業(yè)主需要可以為業(yè)主提供工程前期策劃、報批、報建、招投標(biāo)控制以及工程及設(shè)備材料采購管理、工程施工階段管理服務(wù),并對所承擔(dān)任務(wù)完成的成果負(fù)責(zé)。
工程前期服務(wù):
配合報批、報建進(jìn)行設(shè)計協(xié)調(diào)、配合施工招標(biāo)、辦理臨時設(shè)施及施工許可證申請等手續(xù)。
工程采購服務(wù):
產(chǎn)品詢價、設(shè)備材料采買、催交、檢驗、運輸及倉庫管理。
工程施工管理服務(wù):
工序管理、進(jìn)度管理、質(zhì)量管理、技術(shù)管理、安全管理、環(huán)境管理、溝通協(xié)調(diào)管理、設(shè)備材料管理、成本費用管理、風(fēng)險管理、信息管理、收尾管理。
